The inside takes shape!

it really is such a cute old fashioned farm house with all the charm of it's 1926 origion.... is it a kit house from Sears or Montgomery Wards we wonder?  I think it might be ... and perhaps someone from the mid-west might have built it due to the root & wine cellar it has...pretty cool!

Blooming like crazy!

This peach is out in the front driveway garden not sure which one it is...we'll see!  it did not produce last season....this Myer lemon was transplanted  from his garden in Montclair in 1968 when he first moved to this property...most probibly one of the first, if not the very first,  fruit trees he planted and it is still a great producer and very jucy!!

Introducing the newest team member!

Connie Ransom, an Artist, long time serious Art Collector and Garden lover visited the NSA Farm for the first time in Early January of 2010 with her Daughter Charlotte after a referral from long time friends Oscar and Marcia Clarke of Riverside. Taken with the property, and being a successful Real Estate Broker/Agent in Riverside County, she has agreeded to become the NSA Farm's new business partner and we are glad to have her on board! She brings to the table an artistic and creative sense coupled with many years of RE experience not often taken out of the Riverside area. The uniqueness of the property is what sold her on the job! With her huge love for plants, gardening and Arts & Crafts, (she is very involved in the Maloof Foundation for Arts & Crafts http://www.malooffoundation.org/) she will be a fantastic addition to the team in helping to locate the successor Head Gardner to take over Dad's property! we are all thrilled!

Oops! thought i posted this weeks ago....this is such beautiful weather we are having.........how about the palm trees in the fore ground with the lovely view of Big Bear Mountains backing them up, wow!.....Things are very busy here at the NSA Farm with clean-up, painting the houses, and of course plant care and maintenance which goes with out saying, specially in the spring when everything starts busting out!
